Ejemplos de oraciones con how many y how much
Sesenta y cuatro preguntas en inglés con how many y how much, traducidas y explicadas para no volver a confundir contables e incontables.
¿Qué son how many y how much?
How many y how much son expresiones interrogativas de cantidad.
Equivale a «cuántos» o «cuántas».
- How much se usa con sustantivos incontables, que van en singular (water, money, time), y también para preguntar el precio de algo. Equivale a «cuánto» o «cuánta».

Cómo usar how many y how much
Si se puede decir three chairs o ten euros, usa how many; si no se puede decir three waters o two moneys, usa how much. Estas preguntas combinan muy bien con los demostrativos (How much is this one?) y con el modal can (How many languages can you speak?), que puedes repasar en los ejemplos con can y can’t.
